The objective of our web site is to establish a useful one stop page where food lovers from all over the world can get the detailed information about the Malay food here.

We Moxiens agreed to pick Malay food as our main concern because we feel that it is a big honor for us as a Malay and local students. On the other hand we feel that it should be our expertise as we all use to eat this kind of food for ages.

After doing some small research on the tourist’s website, basically our website will be targeted to audience ages from 18-70 years old. So all the materials use to create the website will take into account. We will make sure that the languages, wordings, images and the colors use for the website is suitable for them. Besides, we chose Iranian tourists as our main target because we can see huge increments in the number of Iranian tourists who visited Malaysia from 2008 to 2009, increased around 60% from the previous year (2008). You may see the facts and figures from this link:

This increment could lead to a huge income for local Malay food providers. We will absorb some elements of Iran’s culture which will be use inside our website in a way to attract them.

From (http://www.malaysianfood.net/Malayfood.html), they found out that Nasi Lemak, Satay, Laksa, Otak-Otak and Beef Rendang are some of the famous Malay food which are always demanded by the locals and foreigners who come to taste our local food.

We will provide our targeted users with a handy and useful information such as history of the food, ingredients of the food, rough explanation to serve the food, versions of the food and not forgotten the recommendation of places to go.

Basically, we will divide our task based on the food itself, each food will be appoint to one group- member. The datails are below:-
